Jim Mayne has over 35 years of technology management experience. He has produced improved business results for customers of Deerwood Technologies and filled key roles in enterprise technology organizations at a variety of major financial institutions.
Jim has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas; a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification. He is a US Navy veteran.
He is active in area Chambers of Commerce, president of Deerwood Civic & Commerce and a member of both the Deerwood American Legion and the Brainerd Area Sertoma service clubs.
Jim and his wife, Sheila, enjoy various activities and outdoor events with their grandchildren, children and their extended family and friends in the Deerwood and Cuyuna Lakes areas.
Jim's experience with both commercial business and public sector agencies enables his firm to provide technology solutions tailored to each entity’s environment, goals and/or strategies.
Julie Nesseth has 30+ years of experience in a variety of business office environments. As purchasing manager Julie is in charge of Deerwood's national procurement operations as well as coordinating back office processes.
Julie is a self-motivated, organized and creative individual who understands the importance of providing quality business practices. She also documents and drives improvement in Deerwood Technologies’ general business, HR and administrative procedures and processes.
Julie was born and raised in the Crosby area and she and her husband Mike enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren, family, friends, fishing (both winter & summer) and ice racing.
Wayne McClure has 19 years of experience in the Technology industry, with the last 4 years being at Deerwood Technologies. He has worked at several Central Minnesota computer businesses. Positions included Bench Technician, Commissioned Sales, Business Solutions Consultant, and Store Manager. He started his own business and began doing low voltage technology work in addition to computer sales and service. He has serviced business customers with anywhere from 1 to 500 employees, and enjoys helping customers grow their business.
Wayne graduated from Northwest Technical College, majoring in Electronics Technology. He is CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified, Shoretel Telephone Certified, and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. He is a MN Licensed Power Limited Technician and is ViaSat Satellite Internet certified. Wayne also holds several other vendor specific certifications.
Wayne was elected twice as President of his Church Council. He, along with his wife Robin, enjoy music, camping, road trips, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.
Sheila Mayne has 30+ years of experience in a variety of businesses and industries. As logistics manager, Sheila is responsible for and ensuring product fulfillment as well as receiving and shipping activities meet customer expectations and service level agreements.
Sheila is a no-nonsense individual contributor and dependable team member. She regularly resolves problems quickly by getting to the root issue immediately. Her willingness to pitch-in to help with any task or project keeps things moving forward on a regular basis.
Sheila and her husband, Jim, host numerous company events and other social activities. They enjoy balancing as well as mixing work and play as much as possible.
Dan Delaney studied Information and Networking Technologies at Brown College in Mendota Heights, MN. He earned an AAS in Information and Networking Technologies.
Dan also served in the Minnesota National Guard 151st Field Artillery battalion, filling multiple roles from Medical Admin to Field Artillery's Fire-Finder Radar Operator. He also served at the Downtown St. Paul Armory, as an Information Systems Operator Analyst.
Contracting for many large companies like Dell, Honeywell, IBM, ARINC Inc., Unisys and the City of Minneapolis, Dan has supported environments with up to 5000+ computer seats. He has assisted with large-scale software/hardware rollouts and upgrades, OS rollouts, and servicing single site, multiple site and campus style corporate environments.
Beginning in 2010 Dan worked with many independent agencies to provide on-site warranty support to Dell, IBM, and HP.
In spring of 2016, Dan and his family moved to Crosby, Minnesota. Dan currently has primary responsibility for Deerwood Technologies’ GUARDIAN Network Support® processes and performs break/fix and project work for the company’s clients.
In his spare time, Dan experiments with many forms of artwork, and jewelry crafting. He also spends a large amount of time with his family and friends.
Adrienne Christensen has over 14 years of experience in the Technology industry. She has held various positions in the technology field.
Adrienne graduated from Central Lakes College with AAS degrees in both General Network Administration and Information Technology. She is A+ certified and has many certifications from Microsoft including Microsoft Certitied Solutions Expert on Cloud Platform and Infrastructure and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate on Windows 2012.
Adrienne grew up in Aitkin and has always been in the area. She enjoys all the activites central Minnesota has to offer.
Matt Hastert, CPPM has over 15 years of business operations and sales experience working within the financial, health and wellness, and manufacturing sectors. He has been a part of developing and streamlining processes in support of clients throughout his career.
Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from St. John’s University, as well as a Certified Professional Project Manager Certification from the Opus School of Business at the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, he studied International Commerce and Government at the Spanish-American Institute in Sevilla, Spain through the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
Matt is involved as a volunteer at his daughter’s school and enjoys softball, golf, and fishing. He and his wife, Kaari, are interested in music and like to attend concerts regionally and in the Twin Cities. They are also supportive of the arts in the Lakes area, and love to spend time with their family and friends.
